Hi,
I have tested the KML output and successfully opened it in Google Earth. Can you send me the KML file you say it doesn't validate? Also, do you have the latest Google Earth installed?
CSV format is problematic, there is no standardised format, so each program can have the columns different. You can send me a valid CSV file and a program name it is compatible with.
