PPC Tablet profile
#1

Windows Mobile application called PPC Tablet can be configured in various ways. I present to you my configuration optimized for complete PC control; hotkey shortcuts for launching applications, watching movies in MPC and touchpad for all the rest. Although I recommend GRemote Pro as it offers more freedom and is compatible with Windows 7.

Requirements:
Windows Mobile 5 or later PPC with WiFi, Bluetooth or other way of establishing TCP communication
Windows XP PC
PPC Tablet software

.rar PPC Tablet profile Ashus.rar Size: 892,52 KB  Downloads: 556

All auxiliary applications inside were made by me (TinyHotkeys.exe, GirderAT.exe, Shortcuts.exe, Delayed Shutdown.exe, PPCTSguard.exe).

Use it freely, share it with your friends and let me know if you like it. Read the readme file, installation is pretty complex.

This is what I have been looking for to utilize my old PPC as a remote touch screen mouse for my HTPC.
No need for an expensive touch screen universal remote control!!
Thanks a lot!

Hi Ashus!
You seem pretty expert in xml editing, and PPC Tablet Profile creating. I'm having a problem with a few keystroke sending, and I'd like to ask for your help.

My problem is:
I want to send keystrokes for the windows key (not ctrl+esc though), and the keystroke for WINKEY + ALT + ENTER (to open media center). I saw that you can actually send those keys in your Profile, so please if you can post those codes here. I'd very much appreciate it.
I'd need the exact code from the xml, like: ' mappedValue="FC a4 a4 FC 73 73 FD 73 73 FD a4 a4" ' (this one is ALT + F4 by the way).

Thank you for your time and help!

GomezZz.

Win+Alt+Enter would be:
Code:
FC 5B 5B FC A4 A4 FC 0D 0D FD 0D 0D FD A4 A4 FD 5B 5B

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb431750.aspx - virtual key codes

syntax here is FC - key down, FD - key up, followed by hex value of the key (twice). nothing to do with xml Wink
