"register_globals" and "magic_quotes_gpc" is off!

I don't know what else is wrong with your config, send me your phpinfo, so I can compare it with working one.

RCON Blockers,

Our server gets RCON blocked often and we are unable to bring up PHPRcon or execute any RCON commands at all. Our server is professionally hosted and PHPRcon is installed on my local PC. Everything works great until we get a hacker on our server that somehow spoofs bad rcon passwords to our server prevents admins to execute commands. This allows the hacker to cheat on our server and prevent us from kicking him. The only way to ban these guys is to ban them using the pb_sv_ban in-game command or through the actual PB Webadmin tool which doesn't work on the same port as RCON. Is there anything that can be done about this? Perhaps integrate features of the PB Webadmin tool into PHPRcon? I'd like to use PHPRcon for all my admin needs if possible.

this sounds very difficult, I won't integrate PB web admin into PHP rcon, because only a few people would need it. If someone hammers your game, you should try to block him on another level, preferably in iptables.

Most of the time those wankers don't have a static ip. So with ip banning or sub net masking you screw a lot of other people to.
